By accessing or using this service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Roblox policy in your region.
- You authorize us to receive your Roblox user ID and username via Roblox OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key(s) and account.
2) Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and will not allow third parties to:
- Violate Roblox's Terms of Use or any upstream model provider's policies.
- Bypass rate limits/quotas or paywalls; share/resell keys; mass-register accounts.
- Use the Service for illegal content or activities; harassment; doxxing; malware; or IP infringement.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse endpoints; interfere with Service integrity or security.
- Represent outputs as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
We enforce automated content moderation and may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
3) Plans, Quotas, and Entitlements
- Free and Pro plans include per-key rate limits and daily quotas; these may change at any time.
- Pro upgrades are handled via Roblox Developer Products; entitlements may be time-limited.
- Refunds for delivered time are not guaranteed; platform policies may apply.
4) Third-Party Providers & Models
- The Service routes requests to external AI providers. Availability and output quality may vary.
- We may change routing, models, priorities, or deprecate endpoints without notice.
- You must respect each provider's usage rules and content restrictions.
5) Ownership & Licenses
- We own the Service and its branding. You may not misrepresent affiliation or remove notices.
- As between you and us, you are responsible for your prompts and outputs. Check upstream license terms for output usage; we do not grant IP rights we do not own.
6) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, NON-INFRINGING, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) EUR 50 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS/DATA/BUSINESS.
8) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
9) Compliance & Export
You represent that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to sanctions or on any restricted party list. You will comply with all applicable laws.
10) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for policy violations, abuse, fraud, security issues, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service end, and your keys may be revoked.
11) Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to resolve disputes exclusively in competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
